The 4^th Sino-Russian economic and business forum opened in Beijing, and relevant departments, financial institutions and enterprises of China and Russia signed agreements over USD4b. As the only Anhui enterprise that was invited, Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute and the Russian RATM Group signed USD300m cooperation agreement on the cement production line in Novosibirsk with annual production capacity of 1.3m tons. Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute was the general contractor of the project, who took charge of the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and later training.
