Secretary of Hubei provincial Party committee and director of the provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee Luo Qingquan conducted an on-the-spot investigation in Yichang during November 4-5. He stressed that we shall deeply study and implement the spirit of the third and fourth Plenary Sessions of the 11^th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the seventh Plenary Session of the ninth Hubei provincial Party committee in an effort to maintain growth, adjust structure, promote transformation and boost development so as to complete various targets and tasks of this year in an all-round way.
