In honor of celebrating the 30^th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relationship between China and US and boosting friendly exchange and cooperation of China-US Midwest areas, 2009 China-US Midwest Cooperation Forum was grandly held in the shaft hall of Zhengzhou International Convention Center on November 10. Xu Guangchun, secretary of Henan provincial Party committee and director of the provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, delivered an excellent speech themed with Create Rosy Future for Cooperation and Win-Win of Henan and US to have expounded the features in the Midwest of Henan and US including numerous cooperation opportunities, strong cooperative complementary elements, vast cooperation fields and promising prospects of cooperation, hoping to take the Forum as a good opportunity to proactively explore new modes of cooperation, establish new cooperation mechanism and broaden new fields of cooperation to gradually start a new situation of bilateral cooperation and win-win.
